Bestiary : Spiders Visit and Conversation with Christine Rollard

Conversations - Saturday, June 3 2017

After celebrating bees in 2015 and birds in 2016, Bestiary, a yearly event dedicated to LPE’s real and imaginary animals, is devoted to spiders in 2017, ushering a season around the infamous arachnids.

At this occasion, La Petite Escalère opens its doors on Saturday, June 3rd, 2017 from 2 to 6 PM and welcomes spider specialist Christine Rollard, Curator of Arachnida Collections at the French National Museum of Natural History (Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle) and curator of the exhibition Au fil des araignées (October 2011 – July 2012), for a visit and a conversation around LPE’s spiders. At the occasion of Rendez-vous aux Jardins 2017.
« La Cabane en fil », a workshop for the entire family to learn how to create a web hosted by Fanny Millard from the non-for-profit EXTRA was canceled because of the rain.
