The Terms and Conditions of Use of www.lpe-jardin.org (the “Site”) listed below govern the use of and access to the Site. In order to benefit from the Site and its services, the user (the “User”) accepts the following Terms and Conditions of Use. The User acknowledges having the legal capacity to use the Site and accepts to comply with the following Terms and Conditions of Use. While browsing the Site, the User acknowledges and accepts the following Terms, Conditions and Legal mentions of the Site. When using the link “mailto”, available on the Site, in order to send an email addressed to La Petite Escalère, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site and accepts them fully.
The publisher of the Site works diligently to offer the User recent and exhaustive information. However, the publisher does not guarantee a perfect update of the information published on the Site. Therefore, the User is entirely liable for any information published on the Site he/she may decide to use. Dominique Haim, publisher of the Site, may revise the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site at any time. The new terms and conditions will be implemented as soon as they are published on the Site and all Users will be submitted to them. 2° Copyright and Intellectual Property
The full content of the Site, including but not limited to its design, graphic chart, software, texts, photographs, drawings, icons, logos, audio and video material, know-how and all other elements of the Site are the sole property of its publisher and are subject to copyright, trademark and intellectual property rights, laws and regulations.
The User hereby agrees not to use the Site in a way that may violate French, European and international laws, regulations and treaties, as well as anyone’s intellectual property rights. The Site and its content may not be copied, distributed or reproduced in any way, whether total or partial, without the prior written consent of the Site’s publisher. Such a violation would be considered an infringement of intellectual property and thus sanctioned by articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. The Site’s trademarks have been registered with the INPI (French National Institute of Industrial Property) and are owned by Ms. Dominique Haim. They may not be used without the owner’s prior written consent. 3.1° Personal data collected directly from the User :
By registering to the Site through our contact page, the User understands that La Petite Escalère will collect and handle any personal data the User chooses to share on the Site. We will only collect data that has been willingly submitted to us by the User. This data is limited to the personal information that allows us to identify the User (name, address, phone number and email address) and subsequently respond to his/her request. The use of the User’s personal information is subject to the dispositions of French Act no. 78-17 of January 6th, 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, also known as “Computer and Liberties Law”, and updated to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The User agrees that personal data collected through the Site may be used for administrative purposes and newsletter mailings, provided that the User has agreed to them. Therefore, the User may demand that personal data collected by La Petite Escalère be shared with him/her, rectified, completed, clarified, updated or deleted by contacting us at contact (a) lpe-jardin.org.
4° Safety of the Site – Confidentiality of User’s Personal Data
By using this Site, the User agrees not to use software of any kind that might impair or threaten the Site’s operation. La Petite Escalère will use and implement any security measure deemed necessary to protect the confidentiality of the data collected on the Site during the time necessary to process them, in compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Use and the law mentioned above.
